If you send us a brief bio and photo, we'll happily include it on a Meet the Performers web page.
The Venue has a raised carpeted stage and a space on the floor right in front of the audience large enough for small group pieces. You can enter from the back stage area; doors are upstage left and right.
Dressing and backstage area available. Bathrooms provide ample mirrors. You may view the show from the balcony. We ask that you be backstage 2 numbers before your own performance to keep everything flowing.
You can enter the dance space from either stage right or left.
There will be a hairdresser backstage to help with your hair. In past years, folks have really enjoyed Gwen's presence (Gwen Wells: owner of Mitchell's Salon on 7th: Where Pretty Happens)
We will be happy to reserve seats for your VIP guests. Please let us know how many seats you'd like at least a week before the event (seats will be marked with your Stage/Troupe name).
Please feel free to bring a promotional display. If you would like to vend, simply let us know and we will have a table for you.
We will have a reception for performers and their guests immediately following the show.
Thanks for helping make the Kaleidoscope Showcase an exciting event—it couldn't happen without you!
Now, let's party!!!
